REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hair care and personal care products

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Sale items and gift cards
